What is Paint?
Carsuit's paint studio handles full-body repaints, custom color changes, and single-panel repairs using computerized color matching and a dust-controlled booth. Every job is primed, painted, and clear-coated to factory thickness, then machine-finished — so a repainted panel is indistinguishable from the ones beside it.
Most 'cheap paint jobs' announce themselves within a year — orange peel, mismatched metallic flake, overspray on trim. Proper paint is a process: strip or key the old surface, prime, computer-matched basecoat, clear coat to measured thickness, bake, then machine-polish to a factory-or-better finish.
We handle everything from a kerbed bumper to a full custom color change — including colors the factory never offered. Solids, metallics, pearls, and candy finishes, with spray-out cards approved by you before the gun touches the car.
Every repaint leaves with paint-depth documentation. If you ever PPF or coat the car afterwards, our applicators know exactly what's underneath — a quiet advantage of doing paint and protection under one roof.

Questions, answered
Paint FAQ
Something else on your mind? The concierge (bottom right) knows this service inside out — or WhatsApp the studio directly.
Will a repainted panel look different from the rest of the car?
Not if it's done right. Computerized color matching gets the formula; blending into adjacent panels and machine finishing get the texture. Our QC standard is simple: if you can find the repainted panel in sunlight, we haven't finished.
Repaint or wrap for a color change?
Wrap if you may ever want the original color back or care about resale documentation; paint if you want a permanent, any-finish result including candy and pearl effects that film can't fully replicate. We do both, so our advice is unbiased — ask us with your specific car.
How long does a full repaint take?
Two to three weeks done properly — strip, prep, spray, bake, and finishing all have minimum times. Anyone promising a full body in four days is skipping one of them.
Does repainting affect resale value?
A documented, quality repaint on a damaged car raises its value; an undocumented or poor one lowers it. We provide full documentation including paint-depth reports, which valuers respect.
