Quality Inspection: Before the vehicle is considered complete, it should undergo a thorough quality inspection to ensure that the paint job meets the desired standards. This involves checking for any imperfections, unevenness, or flaws in the paint and addressing them as needed.

Paint Application
The actual painting process typically involves applying multiple layers of paint to achieve the desired color and finish. Paint can be applied using various methods, including spray guns, paint brushes, or rollers. Each coat of paint should be applied evenly and allowed to dry completely before applying the next coat.
Drying and Curing: After all paint layers have been applied, the vehicle needs to be allowed to dry and cure properly. This may involve air drying, baking in a paint booth, or using infrared curing lamps, depending on the type of paint and curing requirements. Proper drying and curing are essential for achieving a durable and long-lasting finish.
Finishing Touches: Once the paint has dried and cured, any necessary finishing touches can be made, such as wet sanding to remove imperfections, buffing to enhance gloss, and applying clear coat for added protection and shine. These final steps help to achieve a smooth, flawless finish and enhance the appearance of the paint job.
Masking and Taping: Before applying paint, areas that are not intended to be painted, such as windows, trim, and rubber seals, must be masked off and protected using masking tape and plastic sheeting. This ensures that only the intended areas receive paint, preventing overspray and drips.
